Heres a sad story. I love Korean food and my Korean wife won't cook for me anymore. Ever since we had our baby, our Korean Kitchen hasn't been getting much action. When it does, it's often for the baby and not me. I love Korean food, so I'm on a quest to learn it myself. I'm going to be blogging on Korean food, "how-to" articles and start my online guide to cooking Korean food. Quick reference I can turn to when I get that taste bud kicking.
This is my all time favorite. If I had to choose one Korean dish that I had to eat for rest of my life, it would be this. A good ole kimchi jigae. My mama used makes the best kimchi jigae in town. Whenever she makes this, the word would get around real quick and my friends be calling in no time wanting to come over and get some. Now that I'm married with a baby and don't live with my mama no more, this dish has become a delicacy. Oh man... my mouth is getting watery just writing about it. I found a good link on youtube and after a little search on google, I found that it's a very simple dish to make. It's very cheap too.
